The Yieldify platform allows us to quickly put ideas live on our site, then understand how they perform and how it affects the overall site performance. From there we can iterate and tweak the idea until we find the best performing solution. This allows us to validate our ideas with real users, giving us full confidence before we build out the component with our dev team. We are able to do this internally, but their customer service and our designated rep provides excellent support for when we want to try something a bit more complex and regularly brings us ideas for how we can improve performance. Creating campaigns is easy, so much so that anyone in our Product or Design team can do it. We don't need to ask our account manager to create them, we can do it easily ourselves. I like the easy to comprehend views of the data, which are easy see in a glance which segment is winning, what the confidence is, and how much CVR uplift this has. Although the campaign builder tool is easy to use, sometimes it is a bit clunky when working with lots of assets and text components. For the business at times this can make a huge difference and is why in the past we've relied on Yieldify for some important campaigns. My main dislike is the limitations to where content can be placed and also related to that changes which can be made to existing components on the site.
