The Yieldify platform allows us to quickly put ideas live on our site, then understand how they perform and how it affects the overall site performance. From there we can iterate and tweak the idea until we find the best performing solution. This allows us to validate our ideas with real users, giving us full confidence before we build out the component with our dev team. We are able to do this internally, but their customer service and our designated rep provides excellent support for when we want to try something a bit more complex and regularly brings us ideas for how we can improve performance. Creating campaigns is easy, so much so that anyone in our Product or Design team can do it. We don't need to ask our account manager to create them, we can do it easily ourselves. I like the easy to comprehend views of the data, which are easy see in a glance which segment is winning, what the confidence is, and how much CVR uplift this has. Although the campaign builder tool is easy to use, sometimes it is a bit clunky when working with lots of assets and text components. Resizing and layering is a bit fiddly, however Yieldify have recently brought out a new layers feature that does help with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We're able to test ideas and assumptions quickly without development work, which helps a lot being a small team with limited resource. The speed from briefing a campaign into Yieldify to actually going live, when needed, can be as short as a matter of days. For the business at times this can make a huge difference and is why in the past we've relied on Yieldify for some important campaigns. The includes going through various iterations of designs for the campaign through to robust QA steps to ensure what we are going live with is correct on launch. My main dislike is the limitations to where content can be placed and also related to that changes which can be made to existing components on the site. With Yieldify we are able to place content on the website at speed with behavioural triggers really starts to personalise the journey for the customer. We are able to do this at speed and with confidence. Over time we have also built integrations with the site which allow Yieldify as a tool more embedded to the site. Having worked with Yieldify now for, I think, 5+ years at two different brands, I have come to value their technology and insight very highly. The Yieldify solution is very effective and their team are never short of creative, cutting edge strategy to help us achieve our goals. We've seen record growth in our membership database, reduced abandonment, improvements in promo engagement and, most importantly, increases in conversion rates and revenue. If I were to make one change though, I'd increase the number of campaigns I can concurrently run on our current contract level. Perhaps I'm just being greedy... What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you? Without a reliable abandoned cart solution, Yieldify were able to bridge the gap while we set one up with our CRM. This was done using Yieldify's cart abandonment emails, which are slightly less sophisticated than a traditional approach but still very effective. Yieldify has helped StickerYou dramatically scale our email and SMS acquisition efforts through their various custom capture experiences, leading to substantially increased revenue from new and existing customers alike. Additionally, Yieldify has helped us rapidly deploy new user tests and experiences, that have yielded increases to both conversion and AOV. Everyone I have worked with at Yieldify has been an absolute super-star, tremendously helpful, and an all-around pleasure to work with. They are responsive, knowledgable, and full of great consultative ideas and strategies to help grow your business. They have routinely gone above and beyond for me, executing work that is out of their usual scope for the betterment of our relationship and the results they deliver. A case in point is their recent partnership with Klaviyo, where Yieldify allocated their in-house IT resources to us, in order to improve the implementation of our Klaviyo event implementation, which had improved our email segmentation, and overall performance. I would love to see Yieldify invest further R&D into user identification technology so that the software can determine who the user is on an individualized level without having to depend on having the pixel alone. Turn around time for creative builds as team is based overseas; however, this is clearly outlined by the team to best help avoid timeframe issues on campaign launch.
