This is really helpful from time perspective and that he's bringing the Yieldify knowledge to help us move the campaigns in the right direction. I think we work well together in adjusting the campaigns to ensure they're on brand and deliver the objective we want for the business. We've also been able to use Yieldify during Covid for messaging we were unable to do with our tech team and our own website which was super helpful. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** I think it's sometimes hard to share internally what Yieldify is doing for us from a revenue perspective, but that may be more of an internal issue. Also know pop-ups can be seen as a bit of a nuisance for some customers, but think most of our customers have got used to them now. **What problems is Epsilon Accelerate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Yieldify has been really helpful not just in showing the right campaign at the right time but also helpful us develop the website without having to get our tech team involved which has meant we get instant solutions. From traffic shaping campaigns to cart abandonment emails, Yieldify is a good tool to support our various campaigns. Our account manager Min is also very responsive. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** There are limitations from a technical perspective. For example, traffic shaping campaign has a fixed layout which limits the number of products to be displayed. Some campaigns also have fixed templates. Also, many campaigns cannot reach the confidence level for us to evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns. **Recommendations to others considering Epsilon Accelerate:** it's best to understand the goals first before reaching out to Yieldify to select the right products. The includes going through various iterations of designs for the campaign through to robust QA steps to ensure what we are going live with is correct on launch. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** My main dislike is the limitations to where content can be placed and also related to that changes which can be made to existing components on the site. The account manager has been almost always available when in times of need (urgent request) and been very supportive and encouraging in many aspects. The account manager knows exactly what we are looking for and what we feel they are lacking in. With that, they look for workarounds to satisfy to our demands and work up to our speed to provide us for what we need. **What do you dislike about Epsilon Accelerate?** The downside I see about Yieldify is that the design team is located in another zone which has different time zone from us. This drops an impact in terms of speed of building/amendments of campaigns. But the team is doing very well in managing our expectations, knowing that timeline is a very important aspect to my team. **Recommendations to others considering Epsilon Accelerate:** The people I've been working with in Yieldify have been giving me nothing but a very good exposure and experience. As a relatively new brand, efficient new customer acquisition is an absolute priority, and the Yieldify tech has allowed us to create highly customised user journeys across the website depending on where the new customers are coming from. The only downside is that the tool works best when you have lots of data (i.e. traffic) at your disposal—as a growing brand, this is becoming the case more and more each day, however in the beginning it was difficult to fully realise the incremental revenue achieved through the tool. ### 22.
