**What do you like best about eProposal?**

I liked that you could personalize the insurance quote proposals based on that person's demographic and that it was also aesthetically pleasing.

**What do you dislike about eProposal?**

When I was using it for insurance quotes, it would list all the coverages they didn't add, creating an air of negativity in the proposal. I think they may have fixed that after a while.

**Recommendations to others considering eProposal:**

Do some proposals based on yourself, friends, family, etc with different demographics. Get a feel for how your customers will see it so it's easy for you to guide them through it. Having familiarity with something gives you confidence, and confidence sells.

**What problems is eProposal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quotes were boring and bland, and people went straight to the numbers. eProposal more or less guided the customer through the important information and helped build value automatically.
