I liked that you could personalize the insurance quote proposals based on that person's demographic and that it was also aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike?
When I was using it for insurance quotes, it would list all the coverages they didn't add, creating an air of negativity in the proposal. I think they may have fixed that after a while.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Do some proposals based on yourself, friends, family, etc with different demographics. Get a feel for how your customers will see it so it's easy for you to guide them through it. Having familiarity with something gives you confidence, and confidence sells.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Quotes were boring and bland, and people went straight to the numbers. eProposal more or less guided the customer through the important information and helped build value automatically.
