Epos Now are most helpful in helping resolve issues with systems, which thankfully don't appear to often. We are supported with our till and integrated card machine. Sometimes we have had issues which have taken a longer time to resolve but with computer systems, this is understandable. Epos Now have always been able to resolve the issues. We are a Bookshop, and we keep an inventory of all the books that we sell on the Epos Now system to enable a fast customer experience when paying for the product. The problem that Epos Now were helping to solve related to the input of data related to the products we sell. The data would not be retained by the Epos Now system. I love that Epos Now is very easy to use and a great system overall. Its beginner-friendly, visual interface stands out, making it simple for staff to learn with its color coding and icon-based screen. The all-in-one setup speeds up daily tasks, and it makes life easier when serving a customer. I also appreciate the full control it provides over stock management, with notifications when stock is running low. Even though it was initially difficult to start using due to the nature of our business, with the help of Epos Now's team, we made it work, which is great.
