**What do you like best about Epom Apps?**

The platform needs to be user friendly to make it a breeze for me to create and manage my apps. The customization options are limited and not allowing me to perfectly tailor my apps to match my brand.

**What do you dislike about Epom Apps?**

The customer support team is not available to assist with any questions or concerns I have. The analytics features are not providing insights into my apps performance. There are areas that needs to be improved. The user interface lacks intuitiveness making navigation and usage somewhat difficult.

**What problems is Epom Apps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The responsiveness of the customer support team needs to be improved as it sometimes takes longer to resolve issues. In terms of features and customization options Epom Apps falls slightly behind its competitors. It delivers results in aspects there is room, for improvement, in providing a simple and gratifying user experience.
