The most helpful aspect of Epiq is the ability to quickly flag responsive documents and categorize them according to privilege. This is what I primarily use it for. The least helpful aspect of Epiq is how slow the system runs. Document review takes an extraordinarily long time simply because the pages are slow to load and the system as a whole seems to struggle to handle large requests.
