Thank you for your feedback. By double-clicking the redaction icon you do not need to click the tool several times to apply redactions. Please note adding further enhancements to our redaction feature is on our roadmap.

What do you like best about Epiq Discover?

I deal mostly with review of PST files of email accounts. I like the ability to sort by custodian, search by terms and create folders of my searches. We used to use eDiscovery Point and Epiq allows us to perform the same tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epiq Discover?

There are a number of steps to go from initial promotion of PST files to an actual production. It would help to have an overview tutorial that walks people through those steps in order generally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Epiq Discover:

If you previously used eDiscovery Point, Epiq is a great alternative. It can do the same tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epiq Discover solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to process thousands of email messages quickly and make decisions on relevance, privilege and issues we need to address with our clients. This process is much faster than reviewing messages in Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Epiq Discover?

This product has saved us time in reviewing and producing pdf responsive packages of email disclosures. We use the filter, review, and production tools. It is nice how the tool can combine multiple emails into a mutlipage pdf. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epiq Discover?

There are a lot of options and it does take some "hand-on" use to get used to the functionality and different tools. But once you do a couple disclosures it seems to become more intuitive. I do not like that you cannot reuse data collections across multiple projects, which would reduce the number of uploads and EPIQ discovery storage costs, which the more storage, the more cost. What problems is Epiq Discover solving and how is that benefiting you?

Email production is becoming more frequent. Before Epiq our organization had to review multiple pst files, each individually. With Epiq discovery, you can collect multiple pst files and review them cumulatively and flag and produce the responsive, convert to pdf/text files, bate stamp and produce a package rather easily. What do you like best about Epiq Discover?

Not having to go through all the steps to upload a small amount of data to a full-blown platform just to run a production id priceless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epiq Discover?

It was a little clunky to learn at first with the various steps to finally see the data in the review portion of the tool after processing. It would be helpful to see a folder option to add the new data processed into an existing project instead of just adding them directly to the Review space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ECA identifies docs relevant to your case and subsequently promotes your document to review. What do you like best about Epiq Discover?

I have used many document review and hosting services but DMX is the best, stunningly fast, and easy collaboration to import into MS Excel, just copy-paste the data, unlike others where we need to download a data dump. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epiq Discover?

There is almost nothing to dislike about DMX except the fact that it sometimes crashes due to heavy data files and sometimes the different document types are not recognized by the platform (eg .pst). Can be improved by advances in technology Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you want to save time and keep your reviewers and productive - use epiq. It is fast and sleek, and document transition time is also very less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Advanced Litigation services - Chronology , help in creating case notebooks etc.

Our tag menu supports essentially an unlimited number of tags, however, the quick tag option currently only supports 4 flags and we are looking into increasing this.
