## Epigraph Reviews
  ### 1. Helpful team; ever growing and evolving product offerings

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Epigraph?**

The team at Epigraph is very accessible and goes out of their way to be helpful, jumping on calls, sending over stats, explaining anything that seems unclear. They also have a growing suite of exciting products that leverage augmented reality technology and seem to be investing a lot in continuously improving. They are definitely a partner at the forefront!

**What do you dislike about Epigraph?**

While the stats for those that engage with AR are impressive, the number of users of the technology is low. I would have thought Covid would have helped AR become a lot more mainstream, but it still feels like a "new technology," and online shoppers seem slower to adopt it. It's also a little bit hard to quantify the direct impact of AR, thinking in terms of correlation vs. causation.

**Recommendations to others considering Epigraph:**

There are lots of companies out there in this space and I can't speak to all of them but I'd say, the tech seems pretty similar. I'd focus on selecting a partner/company who was accessible and always getting better. Epigraph fits the bill here!

**What problems is Epigraph solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rent, rent to own, and sell furniture. It's hard for customers to visualize items in their space (especially when they can't touch or feel it first) and AR is one way we are hoping to provide more information to buyers and give them buying confidence. We have not explored all of Epigraph's product offerings yet but I can see applications for lots of them. We see a small number of people engage with AR, but when they do, we've seen increases in add to cart rates, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
