What do you like best about Epicor Prophet 21?

We appreciate the customizations that are available with the platform as we have implemented quite a few customizations to make the product work best for our company's needs. We also use the Epicor ECC eCommerce platform and are in the process of implementing the Epicor EPX payment processor so we enjoy having multiple Epicor products that are supported on the P21 platform. Having teams that understand the variety of products that we are using is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor Prophet 21?

I'm the Director of eCommerce so my review is somewhat limited to the services my team uses. The only downside I have experienced is that sometimes we need extensive customizations in order to make a new eCommerce feature work and occasionally we have long lag times in the implementation of the new feature due to these customizations. Prophet's move to the cloud means we are missing out on its newest features. We have not always trusted new releases when they're first introduced and have been hesitant to move to the Epicor Cloud.
