We also use the Epicor ECC eCommerce platform and are in the process of implementing the Epicor EPX payment processor so we enjoy having multiple Epicor products that are supported on the P21 platform. I'm the Director of eCommerce so my review is somewhat limited to the services my team uses. The only downside I have experienced is that sometimes we need extensive customizations in order to make a new eCommerce feature work and occasionally we have long lag times in the implementation of the new feature due to these customizations.
