**What do you like best about Epicor LumberTrack?**

LumberTrack has very deep capabilities, especially around value-adding processes like manufacturing.

**What do you dislike about Epicor LumberTrack?**

LumberTrack has very poor visibility and reporting capabilities for traders and salespeople. Additionally, core features for operational visibility that DO exist in the software are often hidden or difficult to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Epicor LumberTrack:**

Look at all reporting capabilities that are or may become mission-critical for your org; make sure LumberTrack supports all of those capabilities out of the box. Otherwise, you'll spend a lot of time and money and still be dissatisfied.

**What problems is Epicor LumberTrack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The mission of LumberTrack as a product is to offer an industry-specific ERP. However, it is quite inefficient for small-to-medium trading companies.
