I find Kinetic to be quite slow, especially when scheduling application dashboards—it's actually the slowest part of the process for me. The customer service is atrocious; even after spending thousands on insights and expert talks, it feels like they just want you to go away and submit a ticket, which is frustrating. Weeks go by without a response to submitted tickets, making the experience pretty negative overall.
