The takeover by Epicor has result ed in a lot of ancillary programs being offered, but it doesn't always seem like they are interested in keeping their own house clean. There isn't a big effort to clean up bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eclipse has a vast report writing options, and allows customization options within those reports. With the addition of I descriptors, reports can be narrowed down to specific pinpoint data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epicor Eclipse?

The complaint I hear most is the user interface, the majority of my company uses Eterm and not solar, so the Dos based interface can be challenging for people expecting a new fancy GUI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
