Requires us to use custom code to get ahead of our competitors. Poor user support team. **What problems is Epicor Eclipse solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is an ERP and WMS that is used by majority of companies in our space - this means that outside 3rd parties typically can integrate and are familiar with the platform. ### 2. Current technologies are left to third parties which require integration. Support for functionality others take for granted are not available in Eclipse, such as integrated credit card processing for international customers (ie not American) **Recommendations to others considering Epicor Eclipse:** Investigate their functionality fully to determine if it is a good match. There is a lot to be impressed with. Some not so impressive. Like many other packages **What problems is Epicor Eclipse solving and how is that benefiting you?** SPA pricing has been great to increase margins (3rd party product) ### 3.
