Epicor BisTrack brings great value to the construction company, as it monitors suppliers with the acquisition of materials and product prices. It allows us to make an adequate estimate of the necessary product for the month. Additionally, by creating alerts, we can monitor increases or reductions in cost per unit. This is a great advantage. The mobility and multi-platform capability that Epicor BisTrack provides is also something that, once you get used to it, you need for all types of software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Epicor BisTrack? At first, it may be a bit difficult to adapt to the functioning of the application. But with the good training and support they offer us, this is more than resolved. If they put the app in front of you without any kind of training, it can be quite confusing to understand the relationship between the different modules. Epicor BisTrack helps us keep track of inventory and we can build kits for our products. The kits are simple to use.The system has a scan track option that uploads the paper copies of delivery tickets, pick tickets etc into the main system under related documents so you have all files electronically stored. Once the ticket has been picked, you have to mark delivered, then you must complete the AVO's. After that then you must approve the orders, then click invoice. They allow us to provide real time information to make business decisions in the present not based on what happened yesterday. They also assist in our ongoing process improvement projects. The ability to create and facilitate workflow with the smart objects is a huge benefit to streamlining all of our back office processes as well as many of the operational processes as well.. I would like to see more abilities to collect data from outside sources via bisTrack cloud and more flexibility with importing/relating data from outside sources. Many, we have several work flow processes that used to require multiple emails or follow up procedures. It is nice to be able to work with the program before it goes live but things happen after that you may not have anticipated. Most information is very easy to find. The Related Documents feature is very powerful and very useful. The Preview Pane also helps make short work of thumbing through a list of Sales Orders to see what is on them. Additionally, most everything is integrated into one nice package.
