As a medical clinic, we use Epic daily to manage our patients protected health information and facilitate communication between our clinical teams. In regard to the integration with Reputation, it is a time saver for me! In the past, I had to manually download a file from Epic and then upload it into my reputation management software. I was not able to be consistent with gaining survey information and online reviews as this process didn't take place daily. Now the whole process is automated with the integration between Reputation and Epic so I don't need to check on this or even think about it happening. I can see the results in my dashboard every day. This has given us much needed patient feedback and has increased our online reviews significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Epic? In regard to the integration between Reputation and Epic there is nothing that I dislike. Clean, simple and easy. In regard to Epic in general, often the upgrades change our clinic work flow which is frustrating for staff. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? One example of how Epic is benefiting our group is Epic work queues. They make our the process of obtaining and tracking information for priorauthorizations simple. Our team has all the information they need in one place rather than having to touch a chart multiple times. This increases efficiency, as well as patient experience.
