What do you like best about Epic Pen?

What i like most about Epic Pen is that with this application, I can easily highlight, delete or write on any webpage or document. Furthermore, I love its single-step copying ability which makes copying less time consuming since you do not have to go through several steps to initiate copying. What do you dislike about Epic Pen?

Epic Pen is almost flawless. However, I have an issue with its Demo version which I find severely limited. Therefore, I am of the opinion that more features available in the main version should be added to give those trying it a little more comprehensive experience of Epic Pen. Recommendations to others considering Epic Pen:

Those considering Epic Pen should opt for the full version straight away rather than having to start with the trial version since the Trial Version will give a skewed experience of Epic Pen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epic Pen solving and how is that benefiting you?

Epic Pen has enabled me solve the problem of having to install several other applications to make annotations on my screenshots. On a personal level, the main benefit I have experienced with Epic Pen is that I can make the above annotations without having to take numerous screenshots and install other software and applications so as to make a simple annotation. Hi Jorge

Sorry about the confusion on our website, epic pen was developed on a Mac but running windows so we tend to overlook Macs as a singular OS.

We state on the website main page and the faq it is for windows only, not Mac OS. The generic apple style monitor image does cause confusion however and we are removing it in our upcoming website update.

We would like to develop a Mac version in future but obviously we have a few improvements we need to make elsewhere at the moment :)

As for our support, I can only apologise, we are only a small 2 person company and are trying to switch support platforms at the moment. A few responses are falling through the cracks when we usually try our best to reply within 24hours if not instantly. Hopefully with our new website and support coming soon we can fix this. (We are also active on discord to give people a chance to come to us directly if they have problems with support).

"An easy way to write on your screen."

What do you like best about Epic Pen?

There is no learning curve, very lightweight, is compatible with drawing tablets and pen pressure, the hotkeys don't interfere with programs open in the background, compact GUI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epic Pen?

My only problem is when I ALT+Tab, I need to keep remembering to press Tab twice, I just find it annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
