Dislike is - to find out data by using regex or position. There should be something advanced regex. Sometimes regex fails to extract data from the document. Image processing is also sometimes given faulty results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Flexibility and that we dont need the vendor's help to configure what we want. It is either very configurable through KV extration, table extraction, page process or even in the script itself .

Some things require scripts to do and for a person without any knowledge of scripts, it's hard. Would be awesome if they can make certain features that are built in with a click of a button.

Also, it would be good if there are certain functions we can use in table extraction that allows us to "ignore" certain sections or values as sometimes OCR is capturing something we dont want and we cant remove it even if we change the regex to something specific.
