We finally opted for Ephesoft since its cost-effective and very much user-friendly. We completed the project within a few weeks of time and the customer was very much happy with the outcome. ### 5. It makes it very easy to get documents in to the system and with the recent enhancements allows for greater document processing efficiencies per department/document specific. **What do you dislike about Ephesoft?** Not that its the least useful but it can be tricky to use the Fuzzy DB search function. Sometimes you have to search multiple times before finding the correct vendor, etc. This could be improved upon in later iterations of Ephesoft software releases. **Recommendations to others considering Ephesoft:** Use this application as a digital transformation catalyst to help an organization realize the full potential of the application. Integrations with such vendors in RPA, etc. allow this software to be leveraged beyond horizontal and/or vertical use cases. Unlike other competitors offering's, such as FlexiCapture and the multiple AP offerings that Kofax has. Ephesoft Transact allows an organization to purchase one application and then leverage it for multplie documents such as BOLs, Claims, Invoices and Cntracts. **What problems is Ephesoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has made document processing way more efficient in multiple departments. Using it to process documents is very simple. AP Automation Contracts Lease Vendor Management such as W9, MSA and Insurance Certs Are a few of the areas that we leverage this software for. ### 6. I like how the interface allows you to select multiple batches simultaneously for restart or deletion. ### 7.
