The problem that we are running into is if the policy/reference/quote number is not put in the notes we have a very difficult time figuring out which policy the payment is for, especially when they have multiple policies. We have cut back so much on payment processing times waiting for checks thanks to ePayPolicy. The convenience for both clients and us personally is unbeatable. The cost has stayed steady and it continues to be easy to work with. We don't run into any issues, and they integrate with our other technology.
