Epay has been an incredibly efficient tool for my agency. The convenience and ease of use with being able to offer processing payments that are not within the insurance companies website has been the most helpful feature of our experience. When customers are out of town or live in other areas of the state, the convenience has made it a very customer service friendly service to offer. Also the implantation process was so very easy! Since I am the only person in our company that processes payments, I can now be out of the office for an extended period of time :) It is easy to use. We can provide a payment link in our billing invoices making it convenient for our clients. It provides a receipt directly to our client for every payment made. The ease of use is great as is the convivence of making payments to those who accept Epay and receiving payments from our clients. Straight forward and easy to find what you are looking for. I am not a fan of the large ribbon/text at the top of the site when making payments to our companies that accept Epay. Instead of having to wait days or weeks on an unreliable postal service for checks to arrive we are able to simply send a link to our client, have them click to pay, then we have a receipt in our inbox. I love how easy it is for our customers to use ePayPolicy. It's also easy for them to see what the fee will be if they choose between ACH and credit card. We use ePayPolicy every day in our business.
