Eosten DMS is an on-premise document management system for regulated Indian teams. It runs on your own servers and keeps documents searchable, access-controlled and ready for audit. OCR reads scans in 13+ languages, including Indian scripts. Teams can require key details at upload, run approval workflows, sign documents, apply retention policies and legal holds, handle DPDP requests, and review an audit trail of who did what.
