**What do you like best about EOS.Web?**

it was easy to use and understand, and was easy to set up

**What do you dislike about EOS.Web?**

it tended to glitch a lot, and, and the system often needed rebooting. It seemed to be down a lot... I don't really know what the purpose of that was, maybe the system was unstable. Also there were limits on the number of books that any one individual could check out, which made things complicated many times because people were always needing to exceed them, so other people would have to figure out how to get around them, which was a long and, tedious, and complicated process.

**Recommendations to others considering EOS.Web:**

it is good. use it.

**What problems is EOS.Web solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the problems of helping students meet their professors' expectations. it has more opportunities to have others delegate work, instead of having highly trained individuals having to stand around scanning books in. Also words.
