Enzo Scheduling then matches a clinician by availability, location, and patient need, briefs them on the case, and prepares the visit to confirm in about 30 seconds. During the visit, Enzo Scribe builds OASIS and visit notes from the natural conversation in real time, flagging documentation gaps before the clinician leaves the home and reducing charting time by about 75%. After the visit, Enzo QA reviews every chart and checks every code before it is submitted, tracks CMS star ratings, HHCAHPS risks, and survey readiness against the Conditions of Participation, and flags only the cases that need attention.
