What do you like best?

Envoy is a SaaS app to make and keep deliveries and logs for visitors. The software is straightforward to setup, really user friendly and also works just flawlessly. You have the very best items in the class of yours when incorporating the information with technology, that can print naming badges, take photos of the site visitors and complete essential visitor files with electronic signatures. For nearly one year, I've been an Envoy consumer, and I could say this has exponentially improved auditable performance and visitor capture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The 3 level packages they provide are something I do not like. These packages wouldn't suit the needs of yours, based on the business type of yours, the number of guests as well as the case. Recommendations to others considering the product:

What do you like best?

We have used the Visitor registration part of Envoy for many years, the simplicity of configuration and deployment is fantastic. Capturing visitor information both in advance and when someone turns up at our door has been amazing. We have since move on to using Protect and Desks to help throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, this has been an incredibly useful addition to the current suite, our assessment so far has been positive. This will come into it's own as more staff return to the office ensuring they feel confident that attendance is being managed efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The QR code sign-in. It is super quick and makes touching the device very limited. This especially nice during the pandemic. I also like how the system automatically tells the person who the visitor is there to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I can't open the pictures that my visitors take via the tablet. Also, I had to reinvite a visitor that already created a profile. The reinvite acted as a new invite and the vistor and refill out the questions. I know there is a way to reinvite via the vistor tab but it would be nice to be able to be at the invite tab. We don't have a receptionist at the current time. Having the Envoy tablet helps us have something to interact with a vistor. It also tells our employees when someone is here for them, thus helping us not wander around looking for that person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Envoy really helps us know who's in our offices at any given time and who's visited our offices historically. The mobile app is a user favorite. They love the idea of not having to touch anything when signing in. They also like the ability to invite visitors ahead of time. The Front Desk Admins love the convenience of being able to have all badges pre-printed before visitors arrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

99% of my dislikes have been resolved by my appointed Customer Success Manager. The only dislike at the moment is the fact that the Bluetooth printer feature is still in Beta, and periodically disconnects causing the Front Desk Admins to troubleshoot or reach out to my team to resolve. This also may be something to mention to the awesome envoy support team, but I find it not very intuitive to set up the badge printer via an ethernet connection. Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking for a tool that will help you keep track of anyone entering your office buildings both visitors and employees, then this is the tool to use. The admin side is really easy to use and the client success team really listens to new features that you think should be implemented. This tool is also great for tracking deliveries once they have entered your office building. Envoy also handles meeting room management which ties to their contact tracing functionality. In all this is a great suite of tools to get employees back in the office safely bringing convenience and reassurance to both the user and the System Admin alike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They have really helped us with contact tracing. We now know who's been in any of our office buildings and can look up this data if necessary. The Front Desk Admins and I generate reports to upper management and HR with the number of visitors and employees going into the office. They may use this data when deciding who will be working from home on a more permanent basis. In addition to that, I'm currently using the daily capacity limit feature at one of our smaller office locations. This helps us limit the number of users that are in the building at any given time. What do you like best?

Ease of use, keeps track who is in facility. Employees can pre-register guests also so that you know when to expect them. Guests can use an app to sing in instead of using the tablet. you can also use questions to screen for COVID-19. You can also look at the log book for previous entries. What do you dislike?

Signs out visitors automatically when the visitor did not sign out. Does not keep visitor options visible after sign out, suck as Your Company, Badge/Key Number, and Private Notes. It is great for checking in visitors/guests. It is easy to use and easy for guests to check in. They can even use an app to sign in. Employees expecting visitors can pre-register them also. Prints out labels with visitor name and host name for easy identification. Employees can log in if they forget their access badge. has an Analytics area that you can see when the busiest times are and whether they are visitor, vendor, or employee. What do you like best?

I've used Envoy for several years in 3 different companies, it fulfills its main purpose flawlessly, having the label printers for events improves your guests experience dramatically. These companies have all been startups, so we've had to improvise several times with "right out of the sleeve" guests; the tool helped us pull through. Also, their support is very responsive and efficient, one of the best support teams I've worked with.

Their attention has been constant, we've received useful tips and recommendations for these troublesome times with the COVID-19 pandemic, account reps are real people that want to help their customers achieve their goals, such as sharing documentation regarding the touch-less registration. What do you dislike?

It's not really a dislike, but I'd suggest more granularity within their documentation, there's ambiguity in some subjects such as the Provisioning feature while using an IDP.

What do you like best?

Their integrations are well thought out and easy to use, which makes the software immeasurably more valuable, but recently they've delivered workforce protection/return to work tools on top of the features that we already used to allow our staff to safely return to the office in the middle of this pandemic. What do you like best?

I like how I am able to see all of my visitors and deliveries in one convenient place. This feature has been especially helpful during the COVID-19 situation. What do you like best?

Our employees receive a text on their mobile device and an email in their Inbox immediately when their guest arrives and checks in. When the receptionist is not available at the lobby entrance, the Envoy device can easily notify hosts of their guests with no delay. It's a perfectly seamless solution for our company's needs. What do you like best?

Envoy Desks has provided our organization with the flexibility to manage our space and has allowed us to increase our remote footprint while still providing our employees with the ability to easily work in the office.

What do you like best?

We could move the receptionist of ours and replace them by the Envoy platform into different roles in the business. The system runs relentlessly, welcomes as well as alerts its guests. It's usually on its greatest behaviour and don't calls sick. We can see who's and who registered in time that is real in the building. Our top times and slow times will be observed in the hall. Our personnel are warned that a visitor will be here to determine them in multiple methods. We did not have our visitors complaining. For us it was an excellent system. What do you like best?

We use envoy to automate the people who visit the office and thus eliminating the requirement to keep physical tabs on people. It's well set-up, easy to understand with amazing customer service. What do you like best?

The Support Team of Envoy is outstanding. All requests I've sent to them were promptly replied.

The app itself is perfect to our needs. It has a lot of nice features and we can create rules and different actions according to the visitor/employee replies to the form we create.

What do you dislike?

We miss a complete touch-less interface. For example, we'd like to have a QR Code available at the reception and our visitor would be able to use their own devices to sign in to Envoy without having to touch anything that doesn't belong to them.

What do you like best?

I love that from the user perspective, it's easy and intuitive, but from a buyer perspective the tool can be as complex as you need it to be for security, reporting, visitation trend, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Working at Technicolor, I think that we were having issues with customizing admin features across sites. I recall our Technicolor project manager letting us know that the subsidiary sites couldn't roll out one feature without it affecting everyone? Or that not everyone could have admin rights? What do you like best?

Envoy has been an absolutely essential tool in not only our planning for reopening, but in our current operations. What's made it our go-to has been its speed of development for new products that suit all our needs, how reliably and seamlessly those products work in the ways we need them to, and the flexibility the Envoy team has given us from the beginning of the pandemic in allowing us to tool current products to our needs while new ones were in the works.

Since we are an essential business that makes medical apparel for healthcare workers on the frontlines, screening and advanced safety measures for our employees currently in-office has been all the more essential. Envoy has attended to so many of our needs with speed and capability that has blown us away, and has been a crucial component of both our current operations, as well as our return to office plan. With Envoy, we've been able to implement systems with speed and reliability in an extremely uncertain time, and in many cases, Envoy has anticipated our needs and was already in the process of developing products right as we realized we needed them.

Some beta versions have had limited scope and usability at first, but those limitations have in every case been quickly corrected, far before when the product having full functionality was essential for our use case. What do you like best?

We use Envoy for managing guests and visitors to our office. Obviously with COVID we have not had to use their product in quite a while, but before the pandemic we were using it regularly for having clients into our office, managing job candidates who were interviewing, allowing family and friends to visit, etc. It was a phenomenal way to manage that flow of people, and ensure that everybody that was in our office was credentialed and had somebody vouching for them. What do you dislike?

Envoy is not the most obvious user experience, either from an end user standpoint (ie employees of the company using it in their offices) or from the guest standpoint (ie people visiting the office). What do you like best?

Envoy has helped control all visitors during these strange times. If a visitor has not got an invite they do not enter. All our clients know this so no cold calling. It is also very easy to send out our COVID instructions with the invite. The Q&R Codes are so easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The memory. We issue Training passes and Temporary passes. The memory remembers the pass number, so consequently when a different pass is issued users do not always change it. What do you like best?

Su interfaz es bastante sencilla y fácil de manejar, lo cual me permite hacer uso de la aplicación sin mayor complicación, su configuración inicial es bastante sencilla de realizar, tan solo se necesita unos pocos minutos y ya el sistema queda perfectamente configurado para usarse, el sistema es multiplataforma, lo cual me permite hacer uso del mismo desde cualquier dispositivo, siempre y cuando disponga de una buena conexión a internet. Envoy proporciona una excelente opción para afrontar los problemas de recepción de nuevos clientes y de paquetes en nuestra organización, ya que su sistema se encarga de realizar notificaciones a las personas que son solicitadas en la recepción, esto me permite reducir los gastos de personal al ahorrarme los gastos de recepcionista. Además, gracias a este sistema he sido capaz de mantener un registro detallado de visitas diarias realizadas a mi compañía, lo cual me resulta bastante práctico a la hora que quiera contactar con algún cliente y no tenga a la mano su información, simplemente accedo al historial de visitas y busco la información del cliente con el que necesito hablar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Su servicio de atención al cliente es bastante lento al momento de dar respuesta ante los problemas existentes en el programa. Si no dispones de una conexión a internet no vas a poder hacer uso del sistema Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Decidí usarlo en mi compañía tras ver que era necesario que alguien se encargara de manejar las tareas referentes a la recepción y al no poseer yo suficiente capital como para contratar a alguien que se encargara de esto de forma indefinida, por lo que Envoy me pareció una buena alternativa tras escuchar la recomendación de un amigo, debo decir que tenía toda la razón, mi empresa ahora esta bastante organizada gracias al uso de Envoy para mejorar la recepción de los clientes, se pueden canalizar citas por allí y solicitar que el profesional que los va a atender y el cliente se vean a una hora determinada donde ambos tengan tiempo disponible para la cita y atender sus negocios, lo cual me parece bastante eficiente. What do you like best?

It is a very user friendly program which all levels of our team can use. I like the ability to use previous invitations with a very simple update. The tool has helped us control who has access to our space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem that Envoy has helped solve is we have a record of all visitors coming to our office. The benefit we found is the ease of working with our other campus partners on Envoy and everyone senses more control of who is coming to visit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
