The floorplan isn't visible to see who else is in the office. It'd be really helpful if, when booking your desk, you could see a floorplan view of the available desks, with names of the people who have reserved them - as we often wish to align our in-office days with people we want to have a meeting with. Envoy Desks is a highly intuitive application that allows a streamlined approach to booking desks and spaces. For employees we booking is easily done through their phone using an interactive map. Envoy desks makes signing up for space in your office incredibly easy and intiuitive - their maps are helpful, the health check is consistent, the ability to upload a vaccine card, and see who else is going in that day is a gamechanger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The visitor aspect is not quite as useful as the app is for employees yet. We've had a lot of issues with guests coming in and having completely different screens from our employees, so security doesn't know what to do with them, or they can't get a stamp at all. I also wish there was an easier way to customizably export trends and data. It would be nice to have more than just that screen of what days people came in, would be great to get that in a csv form.
