There is a desktop site and mobile - perfect for our users who need quick and easy access to information or ability to book a desk We use the health check to guide our team, before coming to the office, that they are fit and well and are in with the current pandemic guidelines We use functionality to invite other team members to the office We are starting to use analytics to get an idea of office use **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** Occasionally a desk is not reflected as available, but this has not been booked, so there might be the odd glitch somewhere **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are loads! - Firstly we have a way for people to book a desk at the office without fear of turning up and not having space - We are also saving our managing director receiving calls to ask if he will be in the office / is there space. This is all done online or via the app - The main driver for having this solution was that one of the employees said (due to the pandemic) that it would be good to see who was in the office and when so that they could perhaps schedule a desk at the same time/day and catch up with people and have that human interaction - We have also included the health check functionality to help employees understand the pandemic restrictions before coming to the office. - It has been fantastic to have Envoy in place for the pandemic and it removes a lot of adminstrative burden on checking who is and who can come to the office ### 3. The browser dashboard makes it easy to search as well. Support respons quickly. **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** Envoy helps us receive and log packages in our system; but when you're on the front desk team and faced with a mountain of unclaimed packages (because employees are willfully ignoring the notification emails, which isn't Envoy's fault)... it would be great to be able to prioritize which boxes have been there the longest. A wishlist item would be: if Envoy automatically printed out a sticker or something that says "Received on (date)" maybe with different colors each week. This way we could know, at a glance, which packages have been there for X number of weeks, and prioritize bugging the owners of those packages to claim them. Less of an issue in the pandemic but as our offices reopen it's on my mind. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Streamlines package receiving and tracking! From an administrative point of view, Desks offers flexibility to adapt and modify floor plans and Desk analytics help to optimize floor layouts. **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** The software is geared towards the phone app and not all features are available through their weblink, however, they are constantly updating and adding features for a more robust solution. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** We originally used Envoy Desks (And Visitors) to help manage our return to the office (COVID tracking) and subsequently expanded its use for hotel desking as we continued to reconfigure our spaces to meet our new space requirements. ### 11. There is some overlap, but some tasks can only be performed on mobile, and vice versa. Very useful. Easy to change the screening questions. It allows for multiple sets of questions for different types of visitors. Sync with OpenPath is reasonably fast. Is easy to reset profiles for people who have made mistakes, so they are not kept out of the building for too long. **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** The app developers have not been receptive to any requests for changes. I've reached out to them 2 or 3 times to request that things be changed, and the responses are not helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Envoy Workplace:** It's an excellent way to screen people for infection who may not be up to date on requirements for wellness required to be around others. I understand it can alert people if there is an emergency in the building, and so we hope to be able to set up that feature for future use. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Has effectively kept people out of the office who have active infection and would have possibly infected other people. Allows for those people who are more risk averse to not touch entry points. ### 31. I also enjoyed how easy it was for a task that seemed like it would take some time. Desks is a great addition to the Envoy sign in, especially in the age of social distancing. I look forward to them expanding the desk feature even further! **What do you dislike about Envoy Workplace?** I did find it hard to reset your desk data if you messed up, as well as adding employee names and desks later on was not as smooth. Also if you do not have a map of your office, there is no way to digitally create one or edit on this feature. **Recommendations to others considering Envoy Workplace:** Give it a try and see if it can make your office flow more convienent. **What problems is Envoy Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems solved with Envoy Desks are the dispursement of "Hot Desks" and informing employees of new seating locations.The benefits realized is the easy flow and bypass of searching for desks. ### 32. It also allow us to limit or increase availabilty as restrictions ease. We can also keep people in certain areas be assigning a permenant desk and dedicateed certain areas to allow hotel desk. The ability to customise the desk names is a great advantage and adding th emap feature means that should someone need a desk that it height adjustable or adapatable for needs they can be assigned that and given a location before arriving. With the desk app being linked with the signin system th enotification that you have been assigned a desk is a good addition however it could do with being clearer. ideally it would be nice to have it display up under the green approved icon rather than be displayed after you have signed in and below the sign out button on the app. When it comes to cost its a difficult one. It's a big price to ask for a small addition but the support from Envoy is fantastic, as it's a new product maybe as more people sign up the price may come down but for our current usage for our small satalite site it's too costly. However we do benefit from the free option so again its a difficult comparison, if you are a medium size bussiness I think you would be between a rock and a hard place to decide. One little sting in the tail is that if you are a company with more than 100 desks or multiple sites then desks could be very expensive for you, if you are a small company with less then its free. It can be a very useful tool in the current climate and going forward can be useful for hybrid working companies ### 35. Otherwise, pretty user-friendly and easy to navigate.
