It makes knowing who I should connect with on site an easier process, giving detaield information regarding time of entry and COVID clearance. **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** It is sometimes difficult to find the option to reset someones entry if they accidentally click the wrong answer to the screening questions. I also wish that there were more details about the location of the employee that I am trying to reach, such as the location of their office. **What problems is Envoy Visitors solving and how is that benefiting you?** Envoy Visitors is solving problems related to COVID screening and ensuring that those coming into work have not been in close contact with someone with COVID or have not contracted COVID themselves. It is been beneficial in ensuring that our organization can create a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. ### 2.
