There wasn't a lot of variety to its program. **What problems is Envoy Visitors solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were super helpful when I contacted them for support/ I was met with a lovely team. So great communication there. ### 2. It works OK but not efficient **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ken N. | Engineer / IT Axon, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2019 **What do you like best about Envoy Visitors?** It has a slick appearance, it is easy to see who is in the office **What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?** if two people have the same name signing one out signs both out, Some of the steps seem out of order and make it more time consuming to sign in employees, Mobile app sign in just doesn't work **Recommendations to others considering Envoy Visitors:** If you are looking to register visitors and employees it is not the best system **What problems is Envoy Visitors solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to know who was in our building at any given time, visitors and employees. Our primary reason for the tool is Safety so we can get accurate counts in emergency's. Envoy does a good job of presenting that information but there are too many steps to sign in and the fact that if a visitor and employee have the same name it signs them both out is a deal breaker.
