Everything is 5 star? Really? That is only possible when all negative comments are deleted. **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2021 **What do you like best about Envato?** The wide selection of theme options available for practically any platform. **What do you dislike about Envato?** The review process produces inaccurate impressions of the site content sold. Furthermore, the company has seemingly washed its hands of any oversight of sellers on its platform. As a result, you are at the mercy of your developer to continue updating what they provide. If they give you lousy service, you are on your own. I had an issue with the support on a theme that I purchased, so I gave the product 2 out of 5 stars for support. I received a nasty email back from the developer and saw that they deleted my review. I always felt it was strange that Envato hosted products seem every product comes with a 5-star rating system and no negative feedback for any of the offered products offered. Envato also doesn't seem to provide its own contact resource for conflict resolution as it did in the past. If the help is there, it isn't easy to find and access. **Recommendations to others considering Envato:** Shop with extreme caution. You could really be left high and dry with a lot of out-of-pocket expense with products from this platform. It uses to provide better support and while I can appreciate how difficult that might be to maintain, it was a critical factor in trusting this platform as a marketplace. I'm afraid I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. **What problems is Envato solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has provided some solid themes for various websites I've built ### 2. Products lack of support and there is no way you can contact Envato people. NO chat, NO phone, NO social media support, Tickets are not answered. Just want my money back. **What problems is Envato solving and how is that benefiting you?** Im tring to solve, but I m getting exahusted.
