"HOA Management software review"

What do you like best about Enumerate?

Cost is affordable at only $0.50 per door. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enumerate?

Their support is by far the worse I have ever experienced. After three days when I submitted a ticket for support I still did not get a callback to resolve a simple problem of adding a new user. I had to threaten them of changing software companies and 10 minutes they called me. This happens to all of our employee and they have pretty much just given up on their support now. Recommendations to others considering Enumerate:

I would recommend Vantaca or AppFolio who has better support and about the same user friendly as Tops one. Both are also web-base software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Enumerate solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are currently shopping for another software company due to their lack of support. We would rather pay a higher price and not lose business for better support. I have not realized any benefits of Tops One other than being web based when we changed to them from Tops Pro. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enumerate?

I find the tutorials and frequent webinars to be very helpful. If you find yourself stuck on a task you can always refer back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great experience with TOPS Upgrade"

What do you like best about Enumerate?

We recently upgrade to TOPS One from the remote login TOPS and I have found the upgrade to be very user friendly and I am now able to do more on my phone than I ever thought possible, which has been very helpful these last few months! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enumerate?

The only downside I have experienced is in the financial reporting. Our Board preferred the layout of the reports in the old TOPS but I am hopeful we can redesign them to match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Enumerate:

I have used many versions of TOPS for over a decade and they continue to improve the product.

I am amazed at what I can now do remotely. It is wonderful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good accounting program for condominiums."

What do you like best about Enumerate?

Able to edit previous transactions. We were able to discontinue an expensive off-site server when changing to Tops One. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The support team at TOPS is amazing!"

What do you like best about Enumerate?

The product support team at TOPS is amazing! This is a new software for our company and I have found that during the transition Tara and Valerie have been super helpful. If for some reason they don't know an answer to a question I have, they reach out and figure out a way to make it happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enumerate?

One area of improvement would be on the user side. I have several people who own multiple units that would like to have access to each of them. I was told they had to have a different email for each property to register. For people who invest in condo communities this is prohibitive. I would recommend making that aspect more user friendly. "Best Customer Service / Software Training JUST LOVE IT!"

What do you like best about Enumerate?

WOW where can I start? The training and follow up experience with Ms. Jusino as a customer service has been amazing in our transition process ( very professional and patient with our hundred questions).

As a manager I love this platform and I highly recommend to purchase their services.
