What do you like best about Enumerate?

I'm familiar with different Hotel Property Management Systems. Using TOPS(ONE) as a building management and community association system platform helped me a lot in all aspects of our operations. Accounts Payable tracking. Invoice tracking is efficient.

Work Orders tracking. You can print or email to the maintenance department.

What do you like best about Enumerate?

When a ticket is put in its usually answered within the Hour. I've never had a complaint about their customer service. all customer service reps are extremely nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enumerate?

When using tops one and multiple of my co-workers also, it's prolonged or when it's doing an update. Needs more filters. able to make changes on multiple accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Enumerate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Resetting customer's emails and solving ticket issues quickly. I recently made a mistake on a resale and tops help me restore the error. Ledgers are easy to read and filters make running reports easier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The automation for posting assessments, late charges and lockbox files is beyond helpful. We are much more efficient as a team working with TOPS. What do you like best about Enumerate?

The cloud platform allows our managers to work from anywhere. Their service department is always "on top" of things (get it?). We are constantly approached by competing software companies and I choose not to waste their time by accepting a phone call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the platform has issues with third party integration (bill processing and bank check recs for example). However, whenever we uncover an issue or challenge, they investigate and take action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
