Key Features & Capabilities; Automatic / Policy-Based Encryption: Emails that trigger compliance or regulatory rules (e.g. containing PHI, SSNs, financial data) are automatically encrypted, reducing human error. entrustedmail.com Send to Anyone Encryption: Adapt to the recipient’s capabilities (TLS, secure portal, etc.) so recipients can view messages even if they don’t have special software. Audit & Tracking: Senders can view status (delivered, read, printed, deleted, replied) via audit links. Message Recall: Ability to recall encrypted messages (remove them from portal) if sent in error. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) : Scanning content of emails and attachments for regulated data (e.g. PHI, financial info), triggering encryption as needed. Branded Portal: You can customize the secure portal (and notification emails) to reflect your organization’s branding. Outlook Add-in: Offers seamless integration: with a “point, click, encrypt” action from within Outlook. TLS Verification & Host Checks: When sending over TLS, ensures the TLS version comply with regulatory requirements.
