We were recently informed about a new policy for how Onfido holds application data and that we would have some of our data deleted going forwards. This was via a generic message with a short timeline and no consultation. This isn't a trivial matter for us and we are now having to figure out how we meet our data retention obligations. I'm sure there were good reasons for Onfido to do this but we would have appreciated a bit more of a lead time in the communication. Would have rated Onfido a 9 otherwise.
