For example, the signals it gives on a document review are very clear. **What do you dislike about Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido?** Two things stand out: the analytics component is pretty weak. We can't disaggregate the separate products we use with them which makes their analytics feature unusable. There are a few major mistakes that concern me, IDs that are obviously fake being given the all clear, others that are real, being failed. It Also detects whether the document is a fake and has alot of point checks and this allows us to validate the person respectively. It also detects the risk factors use by many banks. **What do you dislike about Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido?** At times, even when its a genuine document, onfido seems to reject it even after uploading multiple time.
