One region which we need their assistance in has proven to be a positive result as they are happy to assist us in the region and willing to add it to their portfolio (turning a negative point to a positive one) **What problems is Entrust IDV, formerly Onfido solving and how is that benefiting you?** As mentioned above, we have trouble expanding into a particular region and Onfido has worked out a good solution for us to enter the region and to offer ID checks. This was via a generic message with a short timeline and no consultation. This isn't a trivial matter for us and we are now having to figure out how we meet our data retention obligations. I'm sure there were good reasons for Onfido to do this but we would have appreciated a bit more of a lead time in the communication.
