Entrovox is an AI phone team for insurance agencies: it dials new leads in seconds, qualifies them, and warm-transfers live buyers to a licensed agent. It is a type of auto dialer and AI voice agent software built for P&C agencies that buy leads, including shared internet, exclusive and aged leads. Most agencies cannot call every lead fast enough, after hours, or as many times as it takes. Entrovox takes over that part of the job. Licensed agents spend their time quoting and closing. - Calls every new lead the moment it arrives, including evenings and Saturdays within legal calling hours. - Works the full follow-up sequence, six attempts by default and configurable per lead source, and stops as soon as a lead connects, declines or opts out. - Qualifies each lead against the agency's own criteria, then warm-transfers ready-to-quote buyers to a licensed agent with the lead details on screen. If no agent is free, it books a callback. - Shows the agency name on caller ID, with STIR/SHAKEN attestation, number reputation monitoring and number rotation, so calls do not show as Spam Likely. - Checks TCPA, DNC, state calling hours, AI disclosure and consent on every call in all 50 states. Every call is recorded. - Integrates seamlessly with tools that agencies already use: AgencyZoom, Ricochet360, HighLevel and more. - Connect to lead sources directly with direct support from 10+ vendors including EverQuote, QuoteWizard, MediaAlpha, SmartFinancial, Goal and more. - Two-way AI texting answers lead replies and books callbacks.
