Allow self-evaluation and superior's review on career progression and operational task. **What do you dislike about entomo (formerly KPISOFT)?** This software is too generic and not industry-specific, very time-consuming for initial setup, and this may not be very useful to short-term employees if the staff turn-over rate is too high. **What problems is entomo (formerly KPISOFT) solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software allows employees to have a standard template for career planning, a platform to discuss with employers for career progression which is not discussed openly with the employees as this topic is very sensitive. ### 2.
