Entitylight checks a business before you fund it and keeps watching it after. One lookup returns the business's Secretary of State record, its UCC filings and the lawsuits filed against it, in a single report. State records cover 48 states and DC, UCC filings 31 states and DC, and court cases Miami-Dade County, Broward County and New York State courts. Every report says, for each source, whether it was searched, unavailable or not covered, so an empty result is never mistaken for a clean record. Records are shown as filed, with no risk score. OFAC screening checks a business or its owners against OFAC and 19 other sanctions, exclusion and PEP lists. Monitoring re-checks a business as often as daily and sends an email and a webhook when a new UCC filing, a new lawsuit or a state record change appears. Every plan includes full reports, monitoring and the API, starting with 20 free lookups.
