What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

The ability to process calls for quality, that too at scale.

I also love the way the enture data analysis happens; you get to know a high level analysis of all the calls and can then deep dive into specific metrics, purely based on the custom use case. The tool is simple and easy to use, and is not overwhelming at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

I think they are on track wrt the product. Minor bugs and errors do come, but that’s fine. They keep on refining the product week on week, and I am happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Enthu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a voice team of 10 people and no dedicated role doing call monitoring. Identifying areas for rep training was always a continuous challenge for us.

Enthu comes in very handy and helps us figure out sales coaching opportunities without fail. Most of the time, our agents have specific calling scripts & themes. Enthu’s moment by moment analysis identifies how the agent could have handled the situation better. These calls becomes our reference points during the weekly discussions. What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

Folks at Enthu are committed to helping you generate the promised RoI from the platform. I liked their commitment to making the customer successful, not just during the onboarding but thereafter as well. Nothing major, just some UX improvements like - saving the filter options, the date selections, etc. so that I don't have to make the same selection every time I want to start the QA process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

There is so much information in our day to day customer conversations which we were not capturing. Enthu now helps us extract a part of this information and serve our customers better.

I don’t need to depend on my agents to feed me the conversation data. I go to Enthu, build the moments (as they say it) and I start getting the calls that match that moment. It’s as simple as that. "Easy to onboard and use"

What do you like best about Enthu.ai?

Ability to seek specific call parts without the need to listen to the entire call duration. This saves considerable time for us while doing call QA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enthu.ai?

While the overall accuracy is good, the AI still skips specific words (like the name of the agents). That’s not a concern for us as it works well at an overall level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
