Never an issue to reach a subject matter expert when those conversations are needed. **What do you dislike about Entersekt?** Originally the vendor was limited in its customer base to S. Africa/MENA making evaluations a bit of challenge but they have since grown a US presence. **What problems is Entersekt solving and how is that benefiting you?** We leverage Entersekt to enhance our authentication/verification processes within our digital channels. ### 2. Sometimes the app doesn't respond but I think that can be resolved with an update **What problems is Entersekt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Entersekt provides mobile, browser-based security with advanced payment authentication and other uses.
