What do you like best about Enterpret?

- Quick overview of key themes of user feedback get from various sources Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enterpret?

Sometimes reasons require manual clustering and or work to break down chunky big reasons into valid smaller themes. We are working with the team on this :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enterpret?

I like how user friendly the UI is - it's less intimidating for users who aren't as techinical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enterpret?

It's very easy to get overwhelmed with information. I wish to minimized information overload, but maybe more info is better than less info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Top-notch product and team – best in the business"
5/5
What do you like best about Enterpret?

Enterpret proved to be an exceptional customer feedback analysis tool, surpassing my expectations. Leveraging natural language processing, the tool uncovers important themes and trends within customer feedback.

It accurately gauges customer sentiment, allowing us to understand the emotions, opinions, and preferences expressed by our customers. It has enabled us to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions to based on customers' voice – removing any guesswork.

In addition to its robust analysis features, Enterpret offers seamless integrations with popular channels (socials, surveys, etc) and internal data feed via API.

One aspect that sets them apart is the exceptional customer service. The team is flexible, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping their users succeed. They have promptly addressed any questions and issues and have also delivered on feedback we shared much quicker than other vendors I've dealt with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enterpret?

Very small things were needed but were not available yet. For example, Admin controls to prevent users from performing specific actions. But the team has heard the feedback and has been actively working on the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A very useful tool to aggregate customer feedback"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Enterpret?

Enterpret provides a user-friendly way to gauge feedback from different sources (in the case of my employer, we had an internal communications platform that Enterpret could integrate with, and the engineering team at Enterpret was very helpful in enabling the integration.

Enterpret also offers multiple ways to visualize data, from creating common reasons/talking points, custom grouping, and listening to specific sources or filtering by multiple different attributes depending on the source of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enterpret?

Enterpret, while not too difficult to use still is not as intuitive as it could be. This is a topic that was shared with our Account Manager for Enterpret, however it should be noted the team at Enterpret was swift to action on the feedback provided, and a new release improved the user experience. "Easier than ever to get to know your users"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Enterpret?

Enterpret has unlocked feedback insights that weren't able to organize and easily analyse before. It has been great to see immediate feedback as a result of a certain change that was made (intentionally or not intentionally).

We have used insights from Enterpret to update courses, and external knowledge base articles, and prioritize projects. One of my favorite features is the ability to see anomalies and trends. I feel like I have more insight into our feedback and it is much easier to get to know our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enterpret?

While Enterpret has a unique look and feel, it is unlike any other analysis tool I have used before and is a bit of a learning curve. However, the team is super receptive to feedback and is constantly making product improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product to gain insights from qualitative data"
5/5
What do you like best about Enterpret?

I recently used Enterpret to gain a quick understanding of my NPS (Net Promoter Score) results, which I found incredibly useful. Enterpret made it easy to aggregate customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights for the product team.

One of the key benefits of using Enterpret was its ability to quickly and easily visualize the NPS data. This allowed me to see at a glance which areas of the product were performing well and which areas needed improvement, which helped me to focus my team's efforts on the areas that would have the greatest impact.

In addition to its visualization capabilities, Enterpret also provided a wealth of other useful features, such as the ability to filter and segment the data and to generate reports and share them with the team. This made it easy for me to communicate the results of the NPS survey to the rest of the team and to collaborate on ideas for how to improve the product.

Overall, I highly recommend Enterpret to any product leader looking for a quick and easy way to understand and act on their NPS results. It's a fantastic tool that has already helped my team improve the product, and I'm sure it will do the same for others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enterpret?

1. More choice on the level of aggregation, i.e., more/less granularity

2. Remove duplicate input (which I think is something we did wrong in the input, but would be nice to auto fix that) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Terrific tool for getting insights from qualitative feedback"
5/5
What do you like best about Enterpret?

The UI approach, philosophically, is similar to quantitative metrics tools, which is great bc PMs are used to this and comfortable with it, and it brings additional rigor to the analysis of qualitative feedback (as oppose to very high level summaries and pie charts that do not provide actionable insights) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enterpret?

None that I can really highlight at the moment. Of course it's always possible to improve the usability of any software product, and Enterpret is evolving. Accuracy of the AI is also always being improved (and is already great) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enterpret finds the insights that slip through the cracks."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Enterpret?

Enterpret is a great tool for finding additional insights that are missed. Our internal teams are expected to surface feature requests, and as a result, there may be requests that are not submitted due to the time required to write up a requst. With Enterpret, it complements our process so we can sift through voice calls and other feedback sources to identify other customer's with the same request which allows us to better understand the need and quantify the impact. Furthermore, it can be used across a variety of teams like product marketing, customer success, and product.

Additional features include being able to do trend analysis, natural language search, and integrations (Gong).

My favorite thing about Enterpret is their team. They are extremely responsive, go out of their way to help so we can find value, and they develop quality products rapidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enterpret?

Enterpret is still early on in their journey. There isn't anything I dislike, but I do look forward to seeing their product grow and develop over time. Areas of improvement include building more integrations and blending their machine learning models with internal customer naming/taxonomy. In some cases, their AI builds a taxonomy that doesn't align with our internal structure which can increase the "noise to signal" ratio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
