I find working with artificial lighting in Enscape 3D challenging. It would be great if Enscape had its own lighting asset library that's as easy to use as Enscape itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enscape 3D?

I like that Enscape 3D is fully synchronized with the 3D modeler. I find video creation easy, and with the updates now that I understand, it's very easy to update the versions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enscape 3D?

In the videos, I would like to have more features, and it would also be nice to have clipping planes like V-Ray that do not let light in and that, if there is a mirror, still reflect the contents of the room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Enscape 3D?

As files grow larger, rendering times naturally increase; however, speed optimization would be beneficial. Lighting in Enscape can be challenging to work with and often impacts other families within renderings. What do you like best about Enscape 3D?

Enscape meshes excellently with Revit, SketchUp, and other Architectural and Engineering software to portray BIM components. From virtual walkthroughs to fundraising images, Enscape can translate information from other software into rendered images and videos, which is an incredible boon to those clients who are unfamiliar with viewing plans and translating them to a 3D image in their minds. What do you dislike about Enscape 3D?

Enscape is demanding on computer hardware. It requires a powerful computer with an above-average graphics card to use, which can be quite the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Enscape 3D?

I love Enscape 3D because it gives me realistic images that help me visualize my design ideas. I really appreciate the final outcome of the renderings. The material and asset library is a reliable source, which makes my work easier. It's also a plus that the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fairly straightforward and powerful rendering from SketchUp or revit"

What do you like best about Enscape 3D?

It's very easy to get basic but good looking renderings out of it. You can create extremely nice renderings if you spend a little time learning how to use the settings. The best part about using it for SketchUp is the enscape Entourage so you can have things like trees or people that don't take up all that much memory or space in your SketchUp file. Sometimes the navigation is difficult to make work and the interface for adjusting some of the rendering settings is not as well organized or transparent as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
