Fairly intuitive and easy to use. Easy to generate suitable renders with nice lighting and reasonable realism. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I received a survey for Chaos a few years ago and saw that the whole survey was about the Chaos logo, I knew we were all in trouble -- Enscape had been taken over by a giant corporation that was going to expend 90% of its resources on marketing (telling everybody how wonderful the product is), while expending very little on ACTUALLY making it a good product. My suspicions have been confirmed by Enscape software crashes -- in my experience, Enscape is becoming less stable.
What I REALLY want to warn potential users of Chaos products is this: watch your credit card! Chaos' policy is to automatically renew your subscription without warning, and if you complain, they will tell you that you must provide THREE MONTH'S notice that you do not wish to renew. If at all possible, protect yourself financially by providing Chaos with a one-time-use credit card number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
