Enrolmy Software is built exclusively for children’s activity providers — for wrap-around care, before school clubs and holiday programmes to sports clubs, music, and arts schools, and after-school activities. We help kids activity providers run their whole business: listing their activities, taking online enrolments, taking payments, reconciling (UK) tax-free childcare subsidies and HAF vouchers, (IRELAND) reconciling NCS subsidy, (NZ) reconciling WINZ subsidies, rostering staff, reconciling attendance automatically and texting or emaling parent communications + MORE. Our app integrations make it easy for your administrators to have Enrolmy work in with other software's you use; Xero, Brevo, Feefo, Pro-active and always more coming in the mix. The mobile app for your onsite staff ensures that important allergy, parent contact details, health and safety information, and even who's birthday it is, can all be accessed in their pocket. Rather then buried in piles of paper forms when you need it most. **What do you like best about Enrolmy?**

The system has some great features, the automatic registers work well. The invoice reminders is a simple to use feature. Emailing players is very straight forward. the attendance reconciliation is affective. It works very well with my website and integrates easily. The price is high but the support you receive from the dedicated team is the best I have ever had from an external company. I haven't used the AI feature so I cannot comment on this aspect

**What do you dislike about Enrolmy?**

The system can be very slow to use. Simple errors can be made when the specific processes are not used exactly as they need to be. it can take some time to learn the exact processes. Somethings could be easier to find or to use. Some things could be better synced as you sometimes have to change multiple sections to make the same change

**What problems is Enrolmy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has resolved the online registers for our coaching team. It has also allowed quick and simple invoice creation from attendance reconciliation. In certain areas, Enrolmy is much quicker for us than our old processes, while in other areas it can be slower. This is likely due to the time it takes to learn the software and get it to do what we need.

Our business is quite complicated, so even though Enrolmy can do everything we need, it takes time to work out the best way to do it. When making changes, sometimes one change can create further issues, although this may be because we’re not following the exact procedure required. More prompts or guidance within the system might make a difference.
