It brings food cost, inventory and HACCP into one app, in Greek, on phone and desktop, with a built-in AI assistant. FOOD COST AND RECIPES Every recipe keeps its ingredients with net quantity and yield (trim and cooking loss), so you get the cost per portion, the food cost of each dish and a suggested selling price for a 30% or 35% target. Sub-recipes such as sauces and bases, and recipe scaling are supported. When a supplier price changes, the cost of every dish that uses that ingredient updates. The KPIs show the weighted food cost of the menu and the dishes above your limit. Recipes and ingredients can be imported from Excel. SUPPLIERS AND PURCHASING Supplier comparison per ingredient by real cost per usable kilo (price, yield and cooking yield), because the lowest price is not always the cheapest kilo. Purchase orders per supplier as PDF. RECEIVING AND INVENTORY Goods receiving by GS1 barcode scan on the case: lot, expiry date and weight fill in automatically. When the barcode carries only the product code (EAN-13), a photo of the label reads product, lot, expiry, weight and storage conditions, and the user checks them before saving. Scanning the QR of the Greek digital delivery note (AADE myDATA) brings in the supplier and the lines, and the receipt can be confirmed to myDATA in one tap. The HACCP receiving check and the stock entry are saved together. Stock with batches, expiry dates and FIFO, stock counts with variances and stock value, waste by reason, transfers between departments. HACCP AND FOOD SAFETY Daily checks: fridge temperatures via printed QR stickers, goods receiving, cleaning and CCP logs, with an email to the manager when a temperature log is missing. An HACCP document folder for the permanent documents (registration, HACCP study and flow diagrams, pest control, water, frying oil, staff) with reminders before they expire. Flow diagram templates with CP and CCP steps. Pest trap register by trap code. Traceability by batch, corrective actions, and allergens per ingredient and dish (EU 1169/2011). TEAM AND PRODUCTION User roles and permissions, shifts, staff health certificate dates and production planning. Hotels can set up each outlet as a department. AI ASSISTANT An AI assistant in Greek inside the app. It explains how to do a task step by step, answers from the kitchen's own data (what expires this week, low stock, open corrective actions, waste) and carries out actions only after the user confirms. Web app, works in the browser on phone, tablet and computer, with the phone camera or a USB or Bluetooth handheld scanner.
