some questions would benefit from added explanation, not just excerpts from local legislation
examples of how to meet compliance requirements in some areas would be helpful/or what is required to meet the requirements
notifications when there are updates in regulatory requirements would be helpful
the subscription can be a bit expensive when you have to cover a large number of jurisdictions
a couple of minor technical glitches that make it difficult to make changes to the status of an item
there are still some integrations to come into place, which will help to improve the system

**What problems is Enhesa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the ability to conduct risk assessments and action management- will allow us to set very clear actions and assign accountability --> support audit processes

**What do you like best about Enhesa?**

The Corporate dashboard allowing a clear drill down review of compliance for multiple sites

**What do you dislike about Enhesa?**

The reporting out functionality. For instance , generating a risk register with compliance actions does not download as a comprehensive report detailing the legal article, compliance comments and a history of complice assessment notes. 
In addition actions raised in ENHESA are not delegable as it does not integrate with an organisations email accounts.
Integration with Intelex is presently not working and this in addition does not allow actions to be delegated in that platform.

**What problems is Enhesa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hopefully interaction with Intelex on compliance management actions will be rectified to allow Carbery delegate actions with respect to compliance to individuals in the organisation

**What do you like best about Enhesa?**

I really appreciate the simplicity of use with Enhesa. Its user-friendly design means that once we introduce new members to the system, they rarely ever need reminders on how to use it. I also like the very quick reaction of support, which is incredibly helpful when fixing issues with access for auditors - they usually respond within one hour, which is impressive.  Enhesa covering a lot of HSE topics, even the most basic ones, is very helpful, especially when setting up a new facility or starting an assessment from scratch. Additionally, I found the initial setup pretty easy with very helpful customer support.

**What do you dislike about Enhesa?**

I find the translations problematic. I would prefer regulations to be directly migrated in the local language, but it seems like they are first translated to English, then back to the local language, which sometimes loses the meaning. Also, the introduction of new regulations in the system takes too long, around 4-5 months after they are legally binding locally. Notifications on new requirements would also be nice.

**What problems is Enhesa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhesa helps ensure HSE compliance, fulfilling legal requirements globally. It's user-friendly and simplifies auditing process. The support team is responsive, fixing access issues quickly. It covers a wide range of HSE topics, assisting in setting up new facilities effectively.

**What do you like best about Enhesa?**

Through Enhesa, I have learned a great deal about legal requirements in the field of occupational and environmental protection. I was able to successfully implement the software in every company I have worked for so far and found it extremely helpful as an auditor for legal requirements in various countries. For me, there is no better solution on the market. The software is very clear and provides great benefits. Even as a layperson, you are able to implement your legal assessment cleanly with Enhesa and thus create great added value for the company. Although the initial setup, such as the first screening, can be challenging, the ongoing maintenance afterwards is very efficient. The platform is user-friendly and offers me an ideal overview of the compliance assessments of my global locations. When I am unsure abroad about the legal requirements on a topic, I can quickly research and check whether the applicable requirements are being met.

**What do you dislike about Enhesa?**

What doesn't work so well at Enhesa are certainly the technical difficulties that occur from time to time. For example, colleagues lose access to the corporate dashboard or locations suddenly disappear. But this could always be excellently resolved through the fast-acting customer service.

**What problems is Enhesa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Enhesa, I have learned a lot about legal requirements, especially in occupational and environmental protection. It also allows laypeople to conduct a clear legal assessment and provides a fantastic overview of global locations. The platform is user-friendly and makes legal assessment more efficient.

**What do you like best about Enhesa?**

I greatly appreciate the transparent and structured way in which a Legal Compliance Check is conducted. The Corporate Dashboard from Enhesa allows me to quickly overview the compliance status of a location. I particularly like the excellent support from the Enhesa contacts and the Service Desk. The assistance from Enhesa experts in setting up the questionnaires and preparing for the Legal Compliance Check is very helpful. Additionally, I find the ease of use of the platform after the improvements, especially through the NextGen and the new features that significantly increase efficiency, very positive.

**What do you dislike about Enhesa?**

The prices for providing the question catalogs in the national language are too high.

**What problems is Enhesa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhesa reduces the effort in tracking legal obligations through transparent legal compliance checks and provides a quick overview of the compliance status via the corporate dashboard. The Enhesa experts effectively support the process preparation.

I appreciate the clarity of the dashboard in Enhesa, as it allows me to easily recognize the status per location. Additionally, I find it helpful that Enhesa breaks down complicated legal texts into core content and generates easily understandable questions from them, which can also be answered by non-lawyers.

**What do you dislike about Enhesa?**

There are occasional problems finding certain direct legal requirements and their fulfillment, such as the question of whether § X of the Commercial Waste Ordinance is met in the company. Additionally, the effort to adapt the software to the site conditions was somewhat increased. A quickly generatable overview of the legal requirements fulfilled so far should also be provided.

Enhesa breaks down complicated legal texts and provides understandable questions that can be answered by non-lawyers, and offers a clear dashboard for the status per location.

Enhesa is well-suited for us as an internationally operating company in many countries, as they can cover our broad requirements very well. The interface is easy and intuitive to use, making it simple to train and deploy within the organization. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent support from the Enhesa team, which provides quick responses to short-term inquiries.

I currently have no pain points that I would highlight.

We are currently still in the implementation phase and cannot yet provide a definitive answer to the question. However, we expect a significant added value in terms of our global EHS compliance.
