Top-Notch Performance with Great UI, Voice Integration, and Flexible Travel Perks **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026 **What do you like best about Engine?** Competitive pricing on the platform (it's free) but travel (discounted) is a win. It allows easy to use policy creation, great UI and voice activated, via integration with Salesforce Agentforce voice to use on the go. The performance is top notch, support and onboarding is human even if automated and likely AI enabled. The AI features are additive, not excessive. I also like direct billing, the flexibility to cancel the same day, and having a charge card for off-platform purchases, along with additional travel rewards. **What do you dislike about Engine?** It's hard to navigate out of the logged in experience but using incognito I was able to get back to some key questions. This could easily be solved by making the non-logged in experience material accessible through a chatbot or non-logged in view. **What problems is Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?** Engine allows consolidate travel booking for distributed teams without needing to pay for an expensive platform that's enterprise grade, we're just not built for that and don't have that extra money to spend on software. ### 2. Helpful and prompt **What do you dislike about Engine?** sometimes difficult to check in when the hotel staff are not well trained in 3rd party reservations **What problems is Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a large team that travels constantly can make it difficult to manage their travel, Engine allows me to book invoice and save info in one place. ### 3. You lose your money if the hotel does not allow cancellations or any changes to the booking. ### 4. Hotel engine has been very helpful for our business.
