"The only way to do Digital Campaigning!"
5/5
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

I couldn't imagine using any other platform for Digital Campaigning. Everything is in one place - petitions, emails, profiles, tracking. It's so important to not only host petitions but also monitor and analyse engagement. I use this tool daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

There's so much to learn, but the Engaging Networks is always so helpful and has a strong community always on hand to guide you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It just keeps getting better!"
5/5
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

As a long-time user of Engaging Networks, first as a client and now as a partner, I've had a unique angle to watch as they grow as a company.

One of the ways Engaging Networks is unique among other platforms is their ability to listen, not to their investors or shareholders, but to their clients and end users. As a client and partner speaking to Engaging Networks employees, you can tell they are listening and hearing you. It's not lip service; they aren't just trying to close a ticket or get you off the phone. They want to hear from you, work with you, and get to know you and your organization.

I know this isn't the type of review you usually read where it goes on about the Engaging Networks features. When you buy into a platform that will be the lifeblood of your organization, it isn't just about checking a box on an RFP but knowing that the people behind the product will be as invested in your success as you are.

That's the feature that's hard to match against other platforms on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

The market for donation and email platforms like Engaging Networks is at a crossroads. Like other technology, the landscape is moving faster than most companies ship, and Engaging Networks is in that bucket with all the others.

Many platforms apparently want to have every conceivable feature, even if it doesn't work the best. Engaging Networks isn't at that point but needs to decide soon about how many modules they can support versus integrating with others who might do something well.

Engaging Networks has gotten to the place they hold in the market today by meeting demand and creating better versions of other platforms that haven't been updated in years. They've done this for years by listening to their clients and prospective clients, understanding what is needed, and making it easier to use than their competitors. At this point, they don't need to meet and exceed the feature set for every other platform but keep working to improve and optimize the core modules clients are using now. What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

What I dislike about Engaging Networks is how you can be limited in what you can do, specifically, in the email builder. It would be great if we could incorporate videos and/or GIFs in emails! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Beginning to explore!"
4/5
What do you like best about Engaging Networks?

Engaging networks is easy to use but with complex offerings. My favourite part is the support that we receive, all questions are responded to in a timely manner. The ENCC23 conference gave me a view to build a business case to my team on how we can use the site more, given our current limited understanding and use of the functions. Just the beginning, I'm sure our campaigning will benefit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Engaging Networks?

I've not been using it long enough to have a dislike so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
